From HOLLIS+ or HOLLIS Classic, look in the upper right part of the screen for "My HOLLIS account." Once you are signed in, you can view any requests you have made and there should be a button there to cancel it.
If you're unable to cancel this way, it usually means the item is in process. Wait until you receive the email saying the item is ready for you; then reply that you no longer need the item.
