As long as you are consistent in citing the two images, you can use your discretion on how to organize the descriptive elements.  I would suggest that the important things to note are the title, alternate title, medium, date, dimensions, nationality/culture and repository (museum collection).

You may conclude with the image source: Harvard Library: Visual Information Access, Harvard Fine Arts Library, Visual Collections - Slides and Digital Images 2003.H03.01119.

You may wish to consult the Harvard Guide to using sources for simpler MLA or APA formats:  http://isites.harvard.edu/icb/icb.do?keyword=k70847&pageid=icb.page363228#a_icb_pagecontent753473_visual
