Yes. The HOLLIS record lists the libraries that receive the print edition and also includes links for online access.

For access to ft.com, choose the link that says "view online," which will take you to a sign-up page. Use your Harvard email address to create an account. After you've created the account, go directly to ft.com to log in and access the site.
