If you are a Harvard affiliate with an ID and PIN, you can read the New Yorker online at http://www.newyorker.com.ezp-prod1.hul.harvard.edu/magazine

Their digital archive takes a little getting used to, but it does work.  Here are some tips:

TURN PAGES using the arrows on the sides or in the toolbar.
ZOOM IN by clicking on the page.
MOVE the page around when zoomed in by dragging it, or by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.
ZOOM OUT by clicking on the zoomed-in page.
LINKS to web sites and e-mail addresses are underlined.
SEARCH this issue by entering text in the blank.
CONTENTS displays thumbnails; jump to a page or a section.
PRINT by clicking on thumbnails to select pages.
E-MAIL sends a link to the page; recipients must be registered to access it.
ISSUE ARCHIVE contains your other issues; subscribers can access the complete archive.
