Many of the e-books are limited to one reader at a time. If there are multiple people trying to access the title, it is listed "In Use". You can keep trying, and eventually it should become available.
Other options include checking Hollis to see if a print copy is available or checking WorldCat to see if another local library has the book. You can also try Borrow Direct which would deliver the book in 4 days.
If this happens frequently, the library might want to change its subscription to allow more access. Report the issue here.
