I assume you are referring to the two most reputable biographical reference books, the British Who's Who (published by A & C Black since 1849, more recently by Oxford University Press) and/or the American Who's Who in America (published by Marquis since 1899). Marquis Who's Who in America on the Web is available online. While there are a few old editions of the British Who's Who online through Google Books, the current edition is not available online at Harvard at this time. Both books are available in numerous Harvard libraries; see the linked titles above to view their Hollis records. In Widener, they are both in the Loker Reading Room on the second floor, call numbers RR 1562.4 and RR 1511.4.
