Policies regarding fines vary among the different Harvard libraries.
For Widener, you can pay fines using a credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or Crimson Cash at the Harvard Library Billing Office, on the main floor, Room 130, during business hours. The office accepts credit cards; currently, it is not possible to pay online. For further information please contact the office: email@example.com; or (617) 495-4166.
If library fines are not paid in person, the charges are applied automatically to term bills or processed through accounts receivable. If you receive a bill from the Accounts Receivable or Term Bill offices, all payments must be made directly to them.
Fines must be paid prior to student graduation. You can do so at the Student Receivables office, Room 953 in the Smith Center.
