You can search news transcripts through Lexis Nexis.  From the search screen, click on the link on the left for "tv and radio transcripts."  The default searches all transcripts, or you can choose the network(s) you want.

If you need video, the Television News Archive database is the guide to the collection of network television news programs at Vanderbilt University. Since August 1968, the Archive has recorded, abstracted, and indexed national television newscasts.  You can search the abstracts by keyword to find information and/or request videotape loans.

You can ask your local Interlibrary Loan office to get news videos for you.
