The simplest way to make an offer to donate is to fill out the purchase request form and explain the particular circumstances. The offer will then be forwarded to the appropriate selector.

Alternatively, if you want to speak directly with someone first, there are a number of librarians at Harvard who have responsibility for collection development and communicate with people who wish to give materials to the libraries: what we accept depends upon a great many variables, including language, subject, age, rarity, and format, but the people listed on this web page are a good place to start:
