The "original" Necronomicon is fictional - that is, it exists only in the fictional world created by the author H.P. Lovecraft. Within that fictional world, Lovecraft did state that one of the copies of the work was kept in Widener Library at Harvard, but since there is no real Necronomicon as Lovecraft described it, the Library can have no real copy of it.
However, post-Lovecraft, some authors have created books with the title Necronomicon, and Harvard libraries will have some of these, such as Donald Tyson's work, Necronomicon : the wanderings of Alhazred.
