How do I find journal impact factors?
You find impact factors in the Web of Science database. Click on the yellow tab at the top for "select a database"; then choose "Journal Citation Reports."
Citation Index includes information about impact factor, citation numbers for individual articles, and other metrics.
For metrics on how many times an article has been downloaded by readers, see our Knowledge Base entry on "usage factors."
For further information on journal metrics of all kinds, see the helpful guide maintained by Johns Hopkins: http://guides.library.jhu.edu/metrics
