I'm trying to access an e-book through Ebsco host. Every time I try to access it it says it's "in use". What's going on?

Many of the e-books are limited to one reader at a time. It appears that there are multiple people trying to access the title, and it is always listed "In Use". You can keep trying, and eventually it should become available.
Other options include checking Hollis to see if a print copy is available or checking WorldCat to see if another local library has the book. You can also try Borrow Direct which would deliver the book in 4 days.
